                Bill 96 and Impact on Communications in Quebec

                 

                The recently passed Bill 96 in Quebec strengthens French language laws, making French the primary language for business, government, and public communications. Organizations must prioritize French in all interactions, especially in external-facing materials.  To align, FlexPlus system-generated communications for members residing in Quebec that were previously sent based on the member’s language preference, will now be provided in both French and English, ensuring access to information in both official languages.
